Sudoku rules
Are calculations, equations and math operations what interests you the most? Then playing sudoku is definitely something for you! If you don't know her yet, it's time to catch up.
It is entertainment, thanks to which you will stimulate your gray cells to work more intensively, and if you have the status of a proficient number operator, you can even reach a state of intellectual meditation or silence. See for yourself how relaxing it can be to get the small items in the right order.
Due to the name, many people identify sudoku with Japan, but it turns out that the game has a slightly different origin - it is based on the Latin Euler squares, which were invented in the 18th century! The board we know today first appeared in the 70s of the last century in an American magazine called "Place of numbers", which is a very pictorial title of the game.
The rules of the game in sudoku are not overly complicated - you have a square board divided into 9 identical fields, each of which contains 9 squares containing one number. Therefore, it is easy to calculate that there are 81 fields in total (this is already the first mortar before the next stages of calculations). Some of you have already filled in, and you need to find a way for the remaining ones - enter the appropriate numbers from 1 to 9 in them in a certain order. What is this magical relationship? Well, each row, each column and each of the small squares are actually separate spaces, and in each of them, a whole set of numbers from 1 to 9 must appear. They cannot be repeated, which is due to the rules of logic.
When playing in the offline version, it is good to have a soft pencil and an eraser with you, or use, for example, a drywall - you probably will often enter the wrong number in a given square. Then everything will have to be unscrewed somehow, and scratching or overwriting with a pen can create an effect of chaos and become simply unreadable. This happens especially often to beginners, of course, before they get used to sudoku . In the online version, you don't have to worry about such trifles - just a few clicks of the mouse are enough to unscrew everything that has been mixed up. Even if it seems to you that this is a no-win situation.
Advanced sudoku rules suggest that you don't have to guess where the next numbers are - just get acquainted with helpful techniques that will allow you to logically work out the whole puzzle. For example, you can choose the elimination route - always start with a general look at the rows or columns, and then consider the layouts in individual squares. It may happen that one or two numbers are missing in one of the layouts, and then you can easily put the correct one there - it should not cause any particular difficulties. The almost empty layouts are a bit more challenging, because then you have to really focus on each number.
Beginner sudoku puzzles in the browser edition have the advantage that they do not contain complex or very demanding combinations that many scientists would certainly be wondering about. In addition, they can be enriched with a special attraction, i.e. hints, also known as lifebuoys. Do you have a huge problem with solving the puzzle? Ask for help and remember that each well-positioned number brings you closer to the final satisfaction. It is logical - if you put, for example, 2 in a given square, you can already be sure that it will not be in the same row of the adjacent space.
The rules of sudoku sound intriguing, but you don't like numbers and make you shudder at the thought of them? No problem - choose Wordoku, a modern game based on the same rules. Instead of 9 digits in each row, in columns and square spaces, you have to put specific letters that ultimately form a nine-letter word. Which version will you try first?
