Digital Services Act

Average monthly number of active customers of the Onlygames.io service, whose provider is Ringier Axel Springer Polska sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (RASP).  
  
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the Digital Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act) - DSA, an intermediary service provider is required to publish the average monthly number of active customers of each online platform provided. The publication is intended to help public authorities identify very large online platforms. 
The average monthly active audience for the Onlygames.io service, which is provided by RASP, is: 303 724

This number was calculated on the basis of the Mediapanel survey, provided by Polskie Badania Internetu and Gemius, with an estimate of the number of active recipients of the service from outside Poland, prepared by RASP, in accordance with the DSA methodology. This publication is made solely for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation under Article 24.2. of the DSA.

Designation of advertisements in accordance with the DSA

Advertisements presented on the interface of the onlygames.io Internet platform are marked in accordance with Art.26.1 DSA. The user is presented with information after pressing the symbol or  (information) in the ad creative window: 

  • Who is the advertiser (on whose behalf the advertisement is presented) 
  • Who paid for the advertisement (if it is not the advertiser) 
  • Why I am seeing this advertisement (i.e. information about the main parameters used to determine the recipient of the advertisement and how to change the parameters if applicable, e.g.: profile or consent to marketing with a link to settings/changes/withdrawal of these consents)
